01/ Position: Air-con Technical Manager
LOCATED: Phnom Penh
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Assistant Business Development Manager
REPORT HANDLING: General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for both VRV/VRF and single split.
• Lead Aircon team for daily work and ensure efficiency and quality of work for whole team.
• Checking issue at site to find solution for customer
• Checking site to propose installation plan for customer.
• Responsible to design aircon drawing for project (VRV/VRF, single split).
• Study costing for all projects.
• Find solution to minimize project costing
• Discuss with manager and suggest sales price for each project.
• Responsible for P&L of each project.
• Observe and evaluate performance of Aircon team.
• Propose plan to develop and improve work efficiency and quality for team.
• Instruct team to complete all service reports needed.
• Submit reports to manager in timely manner.
• Support team to complete all works if needed.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

02/ Position: Air-con Technical Supervisor
LOCATED: Phnom Penh
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Assistant Air-con Manager
REPORT HANDLING: Assistant Business Development Manager & General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Assistant Aircon Manager’s direction and try to coordinate with technicians
• Allocate technicians into group to solve daily work
• Checking issue at site to find solution for customer
• Support Assistant Aircon Manager to check site to propose installation plan for customer incase he’s not available.
• Clear payment with account team in timely manner
• Work with technicians to get all reports required and submit to Asst. Aircon Manager.
• Support technicians to complete all works
• Find solution to minimize work costing
• Focus to solve problem for internal businesses such as: Hotels, Clubs…etc.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

03/ Position: Air-con Sales Specialist
LOCATED: Phnom Penh
DEPARTMENT: Sales
REPORTS TO: Assistant Business Development Manager
REPORT HANDLING: Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for introducing air-con products, air-con maintenance service and coordinate with the sales team search for new clients
• Understand and analyze market trends in order to achieve the sales target and identify new opportunities
• Convince clients and meet their needs in terms of quality, price, and maintenance
• Prepare on-time responses to requests for proposals and information, and coordinate with in-house teams to provide exemplary service to customers
• Preferred knowledge in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning products
• Prepare customer lists, follow up and maintain existing customer and sell products to new customer
• Collect information of price and competitors and update to manager
• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
• Contact clients for new sales promotion
• Manage marketing communication channel such as Facebook, Telegram, Tiktuk, other social medias
• Generate sales report for daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Other task assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Related field
• Have experience at least 1 years related Engineering field
• Good English both speaking and writing
• Computer literate with capability in Emails, MS Office, and others.
