Currently, the Company is looking for highly qualified candidate to fulfill the following position:

Recruitment Position: Customer Relation Officer (CRM)
Hiring: 1 person (Male or Female)
Salary: 350$ - 400$ (Negotiate)
Schedule: Full Time Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:30pm, Sat 8:00am to 12:00pm

Job Requirement:

1. Student of year 3 or 4
2. Bachelor and/or Diploma/certificate in Law, Commercials Law, or related field
3. Minimum 1 or 2 year experience in practicing law with real estate orientation
4. Demonstrate a good working, law knowledge contract and administration's work.
5. Good Communication
6. Official Letter writing
7. Hard working and patient
8. Quick Responsible and Activities
9. Demonstrate fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken.

Job Responsible:

1. Solving problem and Support to the customer when they need
2. Delivery document to the relevant department and company
3. Primary responsibilities for the company and the related companies contract/legal document administration and management;
4. Real estate ownership (title deed) transfer administration and documentation
5. Documenting and managing customer information and related legal documents
6. Administration of SPA and SPA related documents and supporting the application of title transfer process.
7. Draft legal advice / legal document
8. Other’s task assigned by manager
