The main purpose of the “Senior MEP Inspector " position keep track of design of electrical facilities, LV, ELV and review on show drawing submitted by contractor. also manage and perform tests on various materials, equipment and maintain knowledge on all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards.

• Keep track of design of electrical facilities, LV, ELV, etc. and establish design documents.
• Review and comment on shop drawings and Method Statements submitted by the Contractor.
• Perform day to day inspection on all equipment and materials.
• Manage contractors to ensure quality and schedule commitments.
• Manage and perform tests on various materials, equipment and maintain knowledge on all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards.
• Assist the project coordinator or PM to write up reports as required.
• Coordinate design work with related engineering disciplines.
• Attend construction meetings and participate in the coordination of the work.
• Check and verify quantity of work done on site and regularly update accurate report to PM.
• Lead a team of MEP engineer to perform their day to day work on site.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree of electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4‐5 years of experience drafting/designing LV, ELV, HVAC and piping system.
• Able to use computer aid design software (AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, etc.).
• Able to work under supervision and independently.
• Able to maintain quality of drawings up to company standards.
• Able to work in demanding environment.
• Be able to communicate in English in speaking and writing.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers.
• Perform others tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
