01/ Talent Acquisition & HR Compliance Manager
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Head of HR Department
Location: Head Office

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead Recruitment & Employer Branding Program 
  • Proactive Hiring and ready pull of candidate for mass hiring
  • Engaging with HRBP and line managers to fill all vacancies by the timeline set by hiring process and recruitment strategies
  • Lead on Digital hiring process
  • Lead Employer Branding program
  • Manage employee Personal Data Update
  • Oversea on HR System Management
• General HR Compliance & Services
  • Insurance & Annual Health
  • Policy implementation
  • Contract Management & Labor compliance
  • Monitor staff declaration in & out by online platform to MOL and ABC
  • Processing quota and work permit request for expat staff
  • Interacting with MOL for New Prakas

Required Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of experiences in leading recruitment and understanding the HR compliance job
• Background knowledge in Cambodian Labor Law
• Good in English & Khmer written and verbal communication skills, French language is a plus
• Good in computer skills (Microsoft Word, excel..….)
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as recruitment software.

02/ Art Director/Senior Graphic Designer
Location: Head Office

As a senior art director, you’ll be responsible for the conceptualization and creation of communication materials, working from briefs given by our marketing communication officers. Working in a busy, high energy department, with a mix of local and international colleagues, you’ll develop and conceptualize through-the-line (TTL), broadcast and digital campaigns.

With an appropriate degree or experience, you’ll have a background in an advertising agency or marketing department and will speak and write both English and Khmer to a high standard. You’ll have a genuine interest in advertising, trends and visual communications. Ideally you’ll also have overseas professional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the Marcom department by taking briefs from communications officers, ideating with your creative colleagues, and clearly briefing production requirements to the producer.
• Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriters and executive creative director
• Create layouts for all communication elements, including big idea campaigns and storyboards to visualize your ideas
• Lead creative projects from concept through to completion
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audiences
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
• Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
• Present concepts with well-crafted decks to team members and senior internal stakeholders
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
• Participate in team and department ideas ensuring that you are always giving well considered input.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent grasp of design and typography
• Strong conceptual thinking skills
• High attention to detail with excellent time management
• Ability to prioritize, track and complete multiple and competing priorities at once and deliver all assignments under tight deadlines.
• Strong English and Khmer speaking and writing skills
