01/ Senior Talent Acquisition & Compliance Executive
Location: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Collect Job description for job announcement on recruitment websites
• Monitor and update weekly employees’ master list
• Organize the whole recruitment process (record, shortlisted, interview, hiring & onboarding)
• Manage new employee process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Monitor and update employee personnel detail and movement
• Coordinate workflow between Employee Services and other relevant units
• Do declaration staff in & out to MOL
• Process employment book and other compliance task
• Preparing some processing works for Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training
• Follow up assessment of probation and contract
• Support on Employer Branding plan and execution (Campus Talk & Career Fair)
• Prepare staff insurance & OPD & Annual Health Check
• HR system Management

Required Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experiences in recruitment
• Good in English (writing and speaking), French is a plus
• Good computer skills in Excel and power point

Required competencies:

• Good organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and to handle multiple tasks
• Effective communication.
• Autonomous and pro-active.
• Quick learner.

Extra appreciated competencies:

• Background knowledge in Cambodian Labor Law

02/ Credit Analyst SME & Retail Team
Location: Head Office

We are looking for Junior Credit Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make sound assessment on credit request for consumer and SME financing and recommendation to approving authority on a timely manner;
• Ensure credit policies & procedures are followed;
• Perform financial analysis and conduct verification of financial figures for SME case.
• Maintain high credit standard while ensuring good relationship with Business.
• Ensure good quality of loan portfolio.
• Identify and analyze source of repayment and collateral.
• Play an active and constructive role in identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of credit process 

Required Education & Experience:

• Experience in credit and financial analysis or related field for at least 3 years.
• Education background in Banking, Finance or business analysis.
• Proficient of English Language is mandatory
• Excellent communication and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders 
• Strong commitment and able to work under pressure
• Sound understanding of NBC Prakas related to credit as well as NBC reporting
