01/ Position Title: Loan Marketer
Number of Post: 10 Posts
Location: Phnom Penh

Job Responsibilities

• To Promote all bank’s product and services to either new customer or existing customer
• Set up business strategy and marketing program to fulfill the target and plan
• Preparing loan document follow policy and loan procedure
• Develop products and services according to the customer need
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing customers
• Resolving customer problems and complaint
• Responsible for monitoring staff’s customer interaction to ensure customer focused behaviors/service standards are followed
• Provides appropriate training when necessary
• Ensure that regulatory compliancy standards are met
• Negotiate rate and charge with customers
• Analyze all credit proposals of clients and recommend to Credit Team for approval
• Manage and control for full principal and interest collections
• Manage and control NPL cases
• Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly report for management

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Banking and finance, Economics, Business administration
• Work Experience in banking sector at least 2 to 3 years and especially 3 years in loan business
• Carries deep analytically thinking and interpersonal skill
• Full Knowledge of Loan process
• Good Knowledge of finance and banking law
• Proficiency in English is a must (Fluent in speaking, writing and reading)
• Computer literacy such as Ms. Words, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Willing to work under pressure and as a team, Integrity and self-motivated
• Self-started, resilient with the ability to follow through on issues and bring them to resolution in a timely and reasonable manner
• Customer oriented person and carried sufficient leadership skill

02/ Position Title: Car Loan Marketer
Number of Post: 05 Posts
Location: Phnom Penh

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing business plan and target for car loan
• Introduce car loan product guideline and procedure to customer and car dealers
• Schedule visiting at car companies and other car dealer garage
• Survey about market share and update issue related to car loan to management
• Finding new customer and negotiate rate and charge with customer
• Make good relationship with sale consultant and garage’s owner
• Update the second hand car price for quarter basic and send to management
• Survey about car loan product at other bank and planning for strategies to grab the opportunity
• Maintain good relationship with existing customer, car companies and garage owner
• Support all branches for car loan processing
• Solve the issue that related to car loan at branch site and car dealers
• Analyze all credit proposals of clients and recommend to Credit Team for approval
• Manage and control for full principal and interest collections
• Manage and control NPL cases
• Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly report for management
• Other tasks will be assigned by line manager

Requirement

• At least one-year experience in car loan

03/ Position Title: Car Loan Management
Number of Post: 02 Posts
Location: Phnom Penh

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing internal policy, guide line and procedure for the Car Loan Management.
• Cooperate with Credit team in analyzing and identifying car credit risk to client proposal
• Work with credit team to review and resource for any change of client risk disbursement to client
• Implementation of legal proceeding for car loan collection
• Managing and disposal of assets acquire for repayment of car loan
• Deal with all the matter on car loan write-off, and collection delegation duties in general.
• Establish strategies to management and improvement of follow up car loan management process
• Do planning, promotion, and reporting of follow up car loan management
• Manage all the car loan to be follow with internal regulation and state regulation or law
• Other task assigned by management

04/ Position Title: F/X Manager

Location: Phnom Penh

Job Responsibilities

• Managing functions of trading to meet cooperate financial goal.
• Manage and coach staffs to make sure the operation of FX run smoothly
• Preparing policy and procedure for FX
• Responsible for timely trading of foreign currencies
• Recommend to the organization with the competitive foreign exchange rate base on market performance
• Review orders to ensure accuracy, proper record keeping and conformance to regulation
• Carry out trade maintenance the cooperation account.
• Manage all operational aspects of correspondent banking relationship with foreign bank.
• Manage all operational aspects of correspondent bank relationship, understanding customer need and improve service level standard
• Monitoring on the FX process to comply with international and state policy and procedure
• Ensure that regulatory compliancy standards are met
• Provide training on Products and service for new staffs and update
• Negotiate rate and charge with customers
• Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly report for management
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirement

• Master /Bachelor’ degree in Finance and Banking
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a senior role at commercial banks/ Trade Finance
• Strong knowledge and experience with remittance operations in commercial banks
• Good understanding of operation risk in banking sector, correspondent banking
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• High responsibility and integrity

05/ Position Title: Credit Analysis

Job Responsibilities

• Assist to analyze all credit/extension proposals of clients
• Assist to make sure all credit policies, procedure and regulatory compliancy standards are meet
• Assist manager related to CBC Report
• Promote and sell the bank products and services

• Prepare and /or check loan agreement and document for loan release.
• Operation on core banking system for loan process
• Management of title deed
• Management of insurance policy
• Getting thumbprint from loan customer
• Filing and tracking of loan slip, application, agreement etc.
• Manage current loan customers for extension, refinance etc.
• Resolve customer problem and complaint
• Notification to loan customers of interest/principal maturity
• Other related duties as assigned by management

Job Responsibilities

• Review loan purpose and Standard Credit review
• Monitor credit quality in order to study the crisis arising problems with finding a good solutions and action ensuring timely
• Assess the adequacy and adherence to loan policy and procedure and ensure that loan portfolio complies with federal and state regulation
• Actively manage the annual credit review plan and revise plan to development
• Development of loan review scope and testing approach for assigned review
• Monitor and evaluation with credit analyst for customer business or collateral location with guideline that have been put into practice by management
• Coordinate with internal departments, branches or processing of trade transaction
• Other task assigned by superior
