Location: Phnom Penh (1 position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Installs and maintains IT equipment and software to end user
• Applications packaging and tele-distribution to workstations and users
• Creates documentation on installation and support of applications
• Escalates critical problems to the team leader
• Gives proper documentation of equipment movement for inventory purpose
• Ensures antivirus is installed on users’ PC and up to date
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• At least 1 years experienced in IT
• English literacy
• Be Flexible, dynamic and confident
