Key Responsibilities:
- Handles customer enquiries and complaints
- Informs and educates customers about Cellcard offers
- Promotes and sells Cellcard products
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- University or fresh graduate students
- Experienced in Call Center, Sales or Marketing is a plus
- Chinese and English Proficiency
- Computer literacy
