With its business expansion and new standard showroom facility in front of Phnom Penh International Airport, the company is currently seeking a qualified, dynamic and experienced candidate for the below position:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage workshop job flow to ensure that it runs smoothly,
  • Receive repair order and assign qualified technician to perform the job,
  • Transfer and explain repair order to Service Advisor,
  • Follow up job progress with technician and update on job control board,
  • Monitor repair result and repair order completion,
  • Ensure vehicle on time delivery with pre and final inspection,
  • Maintenance new cars long storage maintenance,
  • Service 1000 KM checkup and periodic maintenance (A, B, C, D service),
  • Control and maintenance Post lift, Special Service tool and Control diagnosis machine,
  • Help spare parts controller to confirm the fitting parts,
  • Advice best parts selling to Spare Parts Controller and focus future parts requirement,
  • Technical Diagnosis on reception interview process,
  • Recommend what should be done after diagnosis result to Service Advisor/customer,
  • Share diagnosis result to technician for smooth operation,
  • On job training and share best practice to technician for technical improvement,
  • Acting as professional Service Advisor,
  • Encourage subordination to follow Operation Standard Procedure,
  • Notify workshop/technician weakness and making improvement,
  • Report to Service Manager in case of requirement and
  • Other tasks as assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree of Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or other related fields,
  • At least 3 year experiences working in the service workshop and another at least 2 years working experience in management position,
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Good Management and leadership skills,
  • Good appearance and attitude,
  • Strong commitment and be able to work under pressure,
  • Willing to learn something new,
  • Be able to understand command English,
  • Be honest and follow company rule,
  • Must have driving license.
