Responsible for supervising the overall scheduling, reporting, tracking, and monitoring of monthly roster, attendance, leave for NagaWorld Employees and personnel related issues and forms for Workforce Planning Employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure compliance to rules and regulations

  • Oversees Workforce Planning department to ensure that house rules are followed and that employees provide prompt and courteous service.
  • Ensures Workforce Planning department adheres to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules and Regulations at all times.

General Job Functions

  • Design and implement process improvements for WP department
  • Review draft rosters for NagaWorld staff created by Supervisors
  • Publish accepted Draft Rosters for NagaWorld departments
  • Prepare monthly no-swipe and lateness report for HR
  • Maintain Change Request files for tracking purposes
  • Prepares monthly summary report of staff terminated and resigned
  • Control & Monitoring of Daily and Weekly AVR reports
  • Report the status of attendance to HR for payroll preparation
  • Check e-mail communications and updates by WFP - daily
  • Check and follow up the Rostering of new staff for all departments
  • Verify Night Work & PH for HR
  • Provide ongoing training for the Workforce Planners
  • Evaluate WF Planners & Supervisors for mid-year and yearly appraisals
  • Managing & Assigning daily tasks for WF Planners & Supervisors
  • Provide Employee names for General Training
  • Approves Annual Leave, Public Holiday, change of off-day, and change of shift for the WP staff
  • Confirms manpower requirement leave approval quota
  • Monitors AL/RPL balance for departments and advises HODs of excess leave that should be cleared.
  • Review and update Department SOPs. Delegate updates to Supervisors as project tasks.
  • Assume Seniority when higher Management team not on shift.
  • Provide Daily report on activities and issues both WP and all departments
  • Participate in Weekly Management meetings
  • Report any WP Staff issues or indiscretions to Management

REQUIREMENT

Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Casino / Hotel environment in Workforce Planning Department.

Education:

  • High School graduate or equivalent work experience.

Skills / Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft XL and Word.
  • Extensive knowledge of Virtual Roster and Rostering Procedures.
  • People oriented with good social skills.
  • Creative and innovative.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities and charisma.
  • Work collaboratively and communicate with senior management team.
  • Willing to work irregular hours
  • Read, write, speak and understand English preferred.
