Job Title: Core Banking Support Officer (1post)
Report to: Core Banking Support Manager
Location: Head Office
Closing Date: February 21, 2020 

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving the enquiry from the user on Core banking software
• Provide proper solution to the user
• Check and clarify the solution with the user to ensure the case has been close properly
• Record and Update the status of the issue with solution in helpdesk system
• Ensure the completeness of information flow between the requesters and solvers
• Test system functionality and core banking software
• Develop and update training material
• Provide system training to master trainer

Qualification and Experiences:

• At least finish BBA in Business management, Accounting, Finance, Banking, IT and other related field
• At least 1-year experience in relevant work
• Good communication and inter-personal skill
• Ability to analyze the system issue
• Be able to handle multi-task at the same time
• Be able to work under pressure
• Can work independently with less supervision
• Good knowledge of computer office applications such as Ms. Words, Excels, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of microfinance institution work is an advantage
• Understanding on MFI core banking software is an advantage
• Working knowledge of English
