About The Role
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
Role Location: Kramuon Sar Branch (KS)

This role is responsible for cold calling, meeting assigned sales revenue targets through the introduction and proactive cross-selling of banking products. It is also required to meet assigned new customers targets, deposit growth and lending referral.

Key accountabilities are:

  • Create an environment that induces an easy and friendly experience for customers through highly professional and consistently level of customer service.
  • Provide financial needs profiling to customers.
  • Assign sales meeting through the introduction premier banking products, manage existing customer portfolio, new FUM growth and new customer
  • Deepen existing customer relationships by cross-selling Bank’s products through identification of customer’s needs or wealth creating opportunities for the customer 2 to 3 product used/client and maximise product usage
  • Adhere to compliance policy and ensure all bank requirements are fulfilled such as premier membership fee…... Uphold the highest level of integrity of work ethic.
  • Perform KYC check with full diligence and to identify, money laundering, fraud cases or irregular transactions so as to protect the interest of the Bank and the customers.
  • Ensure operations, workflows and processes are compliant to J Trust Royal standard guidelines and Cambodian AML and KYC policies
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks in place.
  • Ensure performance plan is in place and executed as agreed with Branch manager
  • Ensure sharing of “best practices” ideas.
  • 100% RAF Compliance at all times

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

  • 2 - 4 years sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • Fulfil related qualifications under sales and services industrial; perform relevant regulated activities in Premier Banking product sales
  • Adequate knowledge in investment and wealth management products.
  • Good client engagements ability (soft skills)
