01/ Sales Officer (Officer/Intern)

Job Description

  • Achieve company sales target assigned.
  • Visit potential dealers/customers to identify their needs and introduce an appropriate solution.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with vehicle/machinery dealers and customers.
  • Collect application documentation and conduct preliminary credit assessment.
  • Collaborate with credit department for credit checking.
  • Negotiate and reach consensus of leasing terms and conditions with dealers/customers.
  • Ensure complete documentation from dealers for the application and liaise with credit admin for agreement preparation.
  • Sign contracts with dealers/customers.
  • Conduct after service, collection and lease asset checking.
  • Other task assigned by supervisor.

Requirement

  • High school or above is preferred.
  • Highly organized, motivated and result-oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal and written skills in English.
  • Able to speak mandarin is a plus.
  • Proficient in Power Point and MS office suite.

+Internship

Job Description:

  • Support officer to process internal document and report
  • Deliver internal document to another department
  • Perform other related duties as required

  • University student (Minimum of year 2 students)

02/ Credit Assessment
(Officer/Intern)

Job Description:

  • Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loan.
  • Responsible for conducting disbursed loans within specified limits and commencement procedure.
  • Site-visit properties and business places of clients.
  • Review daily system credit monitoring and management reports and identify non-performing accounts with
  • Review and ensure the loan document are complete and accurate according to policy.
  • Monitor the report to management for reviewing result and make the recommendation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Business or related field.
  • At least 1 year working experience in credit assessment of leasing/financing/banking industry.
  • Able to work under pressure and multitasking abilities.
  • Good verbal and written skills in English.  
  • Impressive communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Power Point and MS office suite.
  • No experience can be applying as Internship.

03/ Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

  • Prepare and verify leasing documentation (agreements, legal documents and insurance policy) in accordance to credit approval and related regulations.
  • Review and ensure all leasing documentation is well-signed and stamped. Ensure registrations of leased assets are fulfilled with regulations and policy.
  • Responsible for conducting disbursement and commencement procedure.
  • Ensure all leasing documentation are systematically filed and manage the expiry date and effectiveness of all documentation.
  • Ensuring post disbursement compliance with approved terms and conditions, assignment of rights, review expiry of credits, progress payment insurance, etc.
  • Review daily system credit monitoring and management reports and identify non-performing accounts with irregularities and proactively follow-up to ensure corrective action taken in line with credit policy.
  • Update both internal and external policy governing Credit Administration activities.
  • Monitor all irregularities, past dues, documentation deficiencies, etc., and report to Senior Management.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in business related field.
  • At least 1 year working experience in credit administration of leasing/financing/banking industry.
  • Familiar with vehicle (motor/car/truck etc.) registration process.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Good command in English in both writing and speaking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good at computer soft skills such as Microsoft Office Application.
  • No experience can be applying as Internship.


04/ Finance Officer

Job Description:

  • Perform general bookkeeping and prepare / maintain financial records, reports & financial statements to submit to the management and headquarter
  • Prepare / analyze budget
  • Prepare and complete monthly / yearly tax returns filling
  • Responsible to assist in financial statements auditing
  • Perform / assist credit line application / acquisition and fund procurement
  • Responsible for cashier process and functions
  • Serve as a link between the company and the government by receiving/feeding 
  • correct information, dealing with statutory compliance issues, preparing 
  • required documents in all sorts for government authorities in concern.
  • Perform other matters assigned by manager   

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development field with exposure to finance service.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and good at solving problems.
  • Familiar with financial market/ legal regulation/ accounting practice/ taxation system of Cambodia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or above or CPA preferred.
  • Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage.


05/ Collection Officer

Job Description:

  • Check regular of daily overdue client by coordination with sales officer.
  • Make sure every loan client is obtained reason, commitment for repayment date.
  • Coordinate immediately with in charge sales officer when the customer cannot contact and without any proper reason or commitment from customers.
  • Chase and follow up on the overdue case in proactive way since beginning of late day by coordinate with sales officer and propose repossession or legal action case to management timely.
  • Make the daily overdue report and GPS tracking report to management.
  • Control the GPS systems and daily checking by coordinate with GPS company.
  • Conduct the field collection for solving default case.
  • Communicate with local authorities and police for facilitate default case and process any legal documents.
  • Assist to improve the collection policy, delinquency management policy as required by management.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking Finance, law or equivalent.
  • At least 2 experiences in banking or financial industry for the default loan solving and bad debt collection.
  • Able to communicate well in English.
  • Good level computer (MS. Word & Excel).
  • Strong and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention details. Committed, patient and able to work under pressure.
  • No experience can be applying as Internship.
