KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Formulate and execute SME strategic plan to drive SME balance sheet growth and SME-based incomes from all products.

 Lead and motivate SME team to acquire new SME clients, and to retain and grow existing/new SME relationship and portfolio.

 Collaboratively work with internal and external stakeholders to help enhance FTB’s SME growth agenda and targets.

 Be responsible for the preparation and review/approval of quality credit submissions that are in compliance with all applicable policies and guidelines.

 Proactively grow and manage SME clients to ensure high quality portfolio is achieved and maintained.

 Develop new products and processes (including digital and automated) that will help enhance SME growth agenda.

 Put in place robust control and process and continuously monitor level of customer services and turnaround time.

 Identify and manage risk in line with FTB’s risk management framework and applicable regulations.

 Ensure compliance with FTB’s policies, procedures, and related regulatory requirements.

 Train and develop SME team in line with FTB’s training and development program.

 Facilitate training programs to enhance product knowledge to the Retail Banking teams, branch staff and sales teams on SME Banking Products.

REQUIREMENT

 Bachelor or Master Degree in banking, business, commerce, finance and related fields.

 Proven experience and capabilities to lead and develop SME portfolio.

 Demonstrated abilities to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and client base across sectors and geographies.

 Processing strong client mindset and service focus attitude

 Strong analytical, communication, sales and relationship management skills

 Good organizational skill, time management, and team building.

 High initiative, commitment, excellent problem solving skills.

 Result-oriented with strong display of perseverance.

 Computer literacy and English language proficiency
