Location: Phnom Penh (1 position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates Test Plan and Test Cases for the testing as well as the for the UAT testing
• Manages the UAT Testing with all stakeholders
• Controls and manages daily test activities 
• Assists developers in creating detailed application test plans 
• Performs testing on the project: functional testing, Load testing, exploratory testing, etc… 
• Analyses the software’s performance against the designer’s intentions 
• Leads product quality and readiness for every product
• Assists in set-up and maintenance of test lab.
• Continuous improvement on the Quality assurance process and tool within the department
• Provides reports to management as required
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
• At least two years of experience with Javascript & related technologies,
• Able to have a clear and effective communication of issues to developer or third party 
• Ability to Understand project specifications and user psychology
• Understanding of testing process and methodologies 
• Experience in reviewing designs, wireframe, user stories, and software requirements specification
• Details oriented and knows how to articulate defects
• Good time management and self-discipline
• Quick ability to learn new systems w/ minimal documentation
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA
• Ability to analyze the complex applications and systems with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills to determine the effects on existing and new systems
• English proficiency
• Computer literacy
• Be flexible, dynamic and team work
