Location: Phnom Penh (01 position)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensures warehouse environment stay clean, health and safety
• Controls materials which include receiving, storing, releasing, disposal of material
• Keeps all warehouse transaction up to date and plan for future capacity requirements
• Controls actual stock by physical counts and reconciles
• Ensures subordinates are trained in proper warehouse’s policies
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by planning, coaching, monitoring, counselling, motivating, disciplining employees and appraising job results
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Management, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 5 years’ experience in warehouse and logistic arrangement
• Solid knowledge of warehouse’s vehicle
• Excellent in management skill
• English proficiency
• Computer literacy
• Be dynamic, passionate, flexible and innovative
