• Develop  update financial management  accounting manuals;
• Manage  preparation  monthly financial statements;  annual financial Accomplishment  other management reports;
• Work  management team annual budget  strategic plans;
• Identifies financial status by comparing analyzing actual results plans forecasts.
• Guides cost analysis process by establishing  enforcing policies  procedure  foreign exchange rate  position account;
• Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
• Reconciles transactions by comparing correcting data.
• Maintains database by entering, verifying, backing up data.
• Manage  and maintenance settlement module
• Ensure that  liquidation  expenses  appropriate  properly documents;
• Ensure compliance  Accounting  IFRS standard;
• Ensure compliance  tax  NBC regulations;
• Provide regularly training  support team  new regulation requirement  update  laws;
• Lead  manage finance  accounting staff  efficiency;

1. Graduate degree Accounting/Finance Management. ACCA  an advantage;
2. At least 5 years’ experience in Financial Management  experience  bank;  financial sector  preferred;
3. Experience  expertise  computerizes programs, databases,  core banking system;
4. Strong financial planning  budgeting  strong understanding  accounting standard;  excellent spreadsheet analysis;
5. Hands-on experience  budgeting  risk management
6. Excellent knowledge  data analysis  forecasting models
7. Staff management; training/coaching management experience.
8. Good interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written.
9. High motivation ability work without supervision.
