01- Job Title: Assistant to Manager
Hiring: 1 position
Gender: Male / Female
Schedule: Full-Time (8am-5pm) [sometimes need to go to province]

Responsibilities

• Ensuring company policies are followed
• Optimizing profits by controlling costs
• Hiring, training and developing new employees
• Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction
• Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices 
• Other tasks assigned by HR and Admin Manager.

02- Job Title: Assistant Admin
Hiring: 1 position
Gender: Male / Female
Schedule: Full-Time (8am-5pm)

Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling stationary, monitoring office equipment and office supply
• Update staff’s information
• Control the safety materials and uniforms
• Manage employee attendance by system (finger print)
• Ensure document management both hard & soft format
• Assisting in photocopying, calling and scanning
• Other tasks assigned by HR and Admin Manager.

03- Job Title: Call Center
Hiring: 1 position
Gender: Male / Female
