Location: Phnom Penh (01 position)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manages training budget and supports vendor/training partners management

  • Monitors and updates of the training database and learning materials

  • Evaluates individual and organizational development needs

  • Creates and drives execution of learning programs

  • Creates and updates whenever necessary relevant L&D policies and create awareness among personnel

  • Implements various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, self-learning, training) and drive digitalization

  • Supports employees in making the most of learning opportunities

  • Supports the Head of L&D in preparation of IDPs for HIPOs and drive implementation and successful fulfilment of IDPs

  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Management or Business administration

  • At least 3 year experienced in training and development

  • Good knowledge in digitalization and e-learning platforms

  • English proficiency

  • Computer literacy

  • Be flexible, dynamic and team work
