Fixed Asset Officer (01 Post)

SOKIMEX Petroleum is a leading company in Cambodia (Moving Forward). Due to the rapid growth and expansion of our business, we are now seeking for qualified and dynamic candidate to hold the below position.

• Managed a total list of movable and immovable property depreciation and registered real estate finance business.

• Participants re-evaluate all assets that are liquidating.

• Total construction investment spending is tracking built-digit chapter and request real estate transfer list.

• Monitoring sensor materials that customers use and allocation of shared expenses spent monthly business expenses.

• Management tracking materials stocks sensor components and total annual inventory.

• Every month to make a match between the list and the list of all entities subordinates and ensure transparency and accuracy.

• Assigned seats station property.

• Inventory materials borrowers station factories and construction sites in the capital and the provinces.

• Bachelor degree in accounting.

• Experience in property evaluation and depreciation deductions.

• Good speaking and written English.

• Computer Skills Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Accounting System.

• Good communication skill, negotiation skill and problem solving.

• Be honest and have commitment to work
