KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
- Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Walk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Other tasks from manager
REQUIREMENT
- At least 2 or 3 year experience.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
- Problem solving skills and strong customer focus
- Good communication in English and Chinese.
