KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
  • Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
  • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Walk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
  • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
  • Other tasks from manager
REQUIREMENT
  • At least 2 or 3 year experience.
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
  • Problem solving skills and strong customer focus
  • Good communication in English and Chinese.
