F&B Sales Manager

The F&B Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, capturing, and winning new business in the Food and Beverage industry. This position will be expected to expand existing account and sub-accounts, qualify opportunities and develop business cases to quantify problem and solution values, pricing assistance, development of marketing strategies and long-range business plans, and presentation of technical capabilities and solutions during marketing events and customer meetings.



Monitor and Oversee Financial Management of the Department

  • Strategic/Business Plan development, updating and monitoring;
  • Ensures development of annual budget and cost management, within the context of Food & Beverage operations.
  • Effectively manages all available resources in order to maximize F&B profitability
  • Directs and participates in the research and analysis of F&B sales and marketing strategies
  • Develops and executes creative and innovative promotional ideas that drive the business and maximize revenue
  • Responsible for all promotions, discount schemes, events and marketing development efforts in F&B
  • Creates Service Level Agreement (SLA) with 3rd parties to ensure vendor/3rd party services achieve or exceed service expectations
  • Participates in contracts/agreements with advertising/media firms, vendors, suppliers, and other service providers
  • Oversees the creation of customers preference list/book with customer’s phone number, company name (business card), preferred drink, food for service personnel to serve customers
  • Setting yearly promotion and advertising budgets and agreeing them with F&B Director
  • Collaborates with design team in the design and creation of marketing collateral for promotions of F&B
  • At least five years experience in development and execution of signature and lifestyle/experiential events within or outside the casino industry
  • Ability to set and meet high standards of service to develop a work force that embraces a culture of quality and service.
  • Proficient bi-lingual skills to English and  Mandarin
  • Strong motivator, lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
