About The Role
Role Location: Phnom Penh
Role Type: Permanent – Full Time

As Manager for Analytic and Information Management, you are expected to provide centralised management information analysis (both internal and external). You will support and assist your Line Manager, the Technology Services Operations agenda and Chief Operating Officer focusing initially on producing analysis, report, forecast, and financial model for products, initiatives and projects. As the Manager for Analytic and Information Management, you are also expected to be a champion role for Technology Services Operations.

Key accountabilities include:

• Responsibility for the analysis and interpretation of the MIS across Operations and suggest opportunities to optimize productivity
• Identification and development of business intelligence that provides the business with information and insights that provides potential growth opportunities
• Provide forecast projections to assist business strategy, ensure that it is conducted in a commercially aware manner
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to establish clear requirements and expectations to manage MIS design process 
• Provide specific analytical support to various stakeholders within Operations to drive business intelligence and improved results.
• Contribute to quality and insightful MIS reports and tools for Operations that is simple and fit-for-purpose and liaise with appropriate areas to initiate any changes required
• Thorough and centrally stored documentation on data integrity and classification with controls
• Build strong working relationship with different department and other stakeholders
• Implement a continuous improvement culture across Operations.
• Commitment to developing self and others within the business
• Create process that manage the risk lower while increase productivity
• Ensure all services delivered comply with ANZ Group governance requirements, policies processes, and standards with legal & regulatory requirements
• Identify trends, risks and issues, resolve and/or report and escalade them as required

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

• The ability and experience to understand the relationship banking business and look at situations in term of their full business potential at ANZ Royal Bank. Includes understanding of key business drivers within ANZ Royal Bank, industries, markets and customer segments and ability to apply this understanding to develop a strategy, proposal or solution.
• Qualification in Programming field is preferred
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft PC-based software, especially spreadsheets
• Knowledge of process analysis tools, techniques and experience in analysis techniques
• Base understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures
• Strong organizational skill and ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision making ability to be able to make sound decision under pressure and commit to deadlines
• Strong people leadership and management skills
• Strong customer focus
• Stakeholder engagement and management
• Strong automation and creativity skills
