Head of Business Development

• Create and develop a clear business strategy to achieve daily / monthly / yearly goals for indoor and outdoor staff.
• Manage the monthly / yearly expense targets (ie. salaries, commissions, supplies) within the given budget
• Effectively lead teams to ensure that all corporate initiatives are met and collaborate with the marketing team.
• Teach, coach, motivate and develop employees, effectively to improve productivity.
• Consistently review the performance of team members and create action plans for remedial training / development
• Always lead by example, be approachable and an effective two-way communicator
• Ensure that a professional image is portrayed by the team through both appearances and behaviors 
• Hire, integrate, develop and retain the right people
• Negotiate staffing levels based on productivity targets, trends and opportunities
• Build a trained and educated team capable of providing the best customer experience
• Articulate latest sales figures and action plans on how to bridge gaps, if any
• Consistently collaborate with the team on how to improve the business
• Develop and maintain retailer relationships with key contacts as well as mall operations
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with cross-functional team members

• At least year 3 or graduatedss in Business Administration or related field
• 1 year work experience in related field
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to communicate in English
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to train/drive team and being good at presentation skill.
• Ability to Ms. Office, outlook, internet and other related applications.
