01 - Chief Accountant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle full sets of accounts
- Perform month end closing
- Prepare monthly reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflows, management reports and schedules
- Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated in the accounting system
- Supervise and train a team of finance staff
- Effectively manage and communicate cash flow related issues
- Able to multi-task and handle tight deadlines
- Implement proper accounting procedures to ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Responsible for preparing the monthly journal entries at the end of the month.
- Able to carry tax planning to ensure the compliance with Law on Taxation.
- Other tasks will have assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Accountancy with at least 3 years of full set accounting experience, preferably in the hotel services environment.
- Strong knowledge in IFRS
- Hands-on and proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks accounting system.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Good command of English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To open car’s door for guests upon arrival
- To handle check-in / out baggage for the hotel guests.
- To greet guest courteously upon arrival and departure according to the proper procedure established.
- To deliver parcels or messages to guests’ rooms or Hotel offices.
- To post oneself at the Hotel door to open doors for guest in and out of the hotel.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
- Driving of hotel vehicles.

03 - Receptionist (Night Auditor)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checking the lodgment invoices of incoming guests, the correct vouchers.
- Checking agency pro-forma invoices on the day of issue and conveying these to the Accounting Office to be sent the following day.
- After all arrivals are in, compare occupied room lists with the rack.
- Constant attentiveness to the security of the hotel.
- Checking the arrivals and departures and the balance sheet before taking the reports.
- Issuing official invoices of outgoing customers on their checking-out day (invoices of the customers belonging to the agencies) and conveying these to the accounting office together with the vouchers.
- Filing the lists together with thereports after checking them and closing the day.
- Preparing the necessary lists and reports and distribute them to the concerned executives.
- Check the wake-up service.
- Writing any messages concerning the night shift to the message book.
- Placing invoices belonging to customers departing that day into their key boxes.
- Having the accounting office sign the reports concerning all cash income to be handed over to the Front Office Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform the role of Receptionist in the Gym site
- Watch clients do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and
- improve fitness
- Monitors the personnel of these operations to ensure tenants receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
- Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the
- use of exercise equipment
- Ensure the gym equipment are in good condition and report with a gym equipment listing
- on faulty gym equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide server configuration, failover cluster, load balancing to ensure the critical server are running smooth and high availability
- Report and take action for critical system health alert to ensure server are healthy
- Monitor and provide report on security application such as internet Firewall, email gateway, Virus, …
- Apply security best practices and ensure users are assigned appropriate resources
- Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
- Regularly perform maintenance and monitor networks to ensure everything is running smoothly
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and operate the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV Control Room
- Follow protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV Control Room and its facilities
- Operate a range of remote call monitoring, alarms and communication facilities contained within the Control Room
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

06 - Pool Life Guard/Pool Attendant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure Guests are aware of all services and activities available at the pool.
- Ensure that proper pool testing has taken place prior to Guests using the facility.
- Ensure all Guests are registered prior to using the pool and are aware of the rules and regulations of the facility.
- To have required knowledge of Health club facilities along with their prices and also knows about membership procedures.
- Ensure the sun loungers are clean, umbrellas are in working shape and, in the correct position and proper working condition.
- Ensures that the umbrellas are fixed properly to their units and ensures that when the umbrellas are not in use, they are tidied down for safety precautions.
- Explain to the guests about the services and activities available at the pool.
- Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions, unusual or unsafe activities, and swimmers who are struggling.
- Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager.
- To regularly check the temperature of the pool to ensure they are at set standard.
- Assist in the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of the pool area.
- Provide a high level of Guest satisfaction and safety through effective communication.

07 - Swimming Pool Mechanic/Technician
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnoses, repairs and maintains swimming pools, water systems, filter systems, pumps.
- Maintain the proper chemical balance for the pool.
- Maintains the pH and Chlorine values for good water quality.
- Maintain the pool and all water features using proper chemicals and cleaners.
- Respond to swimming pool related work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery or equipment.
- Repairs and maintains electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Regularly testing swimming pool water quality and pH balance.
- Tests the chemical levels in swimming pools and other water systems and adjusts as needed.
- Operates and inspects tools and equipment and makes minor adjustments and repairs.
- Operates vehicles to transport various types of materials and equipment.
- Checking and repairing corrosion, cracks and leaks in the pool walls or floors.
- Logging and reporting equipment faults or water quality problems to managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Presenting menu to costumers and recommend good dishes
- Cleaning and clear plates, tables ensure restaurant appear clean and tidy
- To work as a team with team members in all departments, to ensure timely service and a smooth-running operation
- To understand and adhere to all Hotel policies and Hotel Operating Procedures with regard to guest service, how to run the operation, and personal discipline and grooming.
- Clean and break down trays in dish area, watching for condiments, salt, pepper, sugars, salt & pepper, etc
- Follow all safety policies to ensure a safe work area
