01 - Accounting Assistant

Number of Position: 02
Location: Phnom Penh

Job Descriptions

  • Handle assigned accounting tasks
  • Analyze accounting transactions and post to accounting software
  • Take part in to assist the tasks of accounting procedure and accounting bookkeeping
  • Be able to travel to client office
  • Join training on-job supporting to the client
  • Work in team and have a positive attitude
  • Able to read and understand technical form and accounting reports
  • Other task assigned by accounting officer

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Tax or related field
  • Knowledge of accounting or tax principles
  • Fresh graduated-student or has experiences with this skill are encourage to apply
  • Good English proficiency + written and spoken
  • Knowledge of computer (Word, Excel, Internet, Email and Google Drive)
  • Knowledge of Peachtree, QuickBooks, or other software solution is an advantage

02 - Business Registration Assistant
Number of Position: 03
Location: Phnom Penh

Job Descriptions

  • Obtaining work plan from supervisor
  • Communicating with client on service operation
  • Preparing commercial application and supporting documents for company registration at Ministry of Commerce and other institutions
  • Preparing tax registration application registration form and supporting documents for company registration at General Department of Taxation
  • Preparing application for requesting license with related Ministries
  • Accompanying clients to attend at ministry or other institute (if any)
  • Submitting application to ministry or institute
  • Communicating with authority
  • Assisting to develop new services
  • Updating daily report for your tasks responded
  • Following up project processing with authorities
  • Delivering documents releasing to client after service completed
  • Scan and copy all documents after service completed
  • Responding other tasks which will be assigned by officer

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Bachelor degree of, law, Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of business development;
  • High level of English proficiency + written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations;
  • Knowledge of Computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and access is plus)
  • Usually a minimum of 6 months experience;

03 - Sales and Marketing Officer

Location: Phnom Penh

Job Descriptions

  • Communicate to client via phone call, email, SMS present about company products and services
  • Control clients information and status of client
  • Arrange meeting with client to introduce products and services
  • Follow up client to close clients
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Issue quotation, service engagement to clients
  • Communicate with other office to provide and receive information
  • Attend in other meeting invited by supervisor
  • Other task assign by advisory office

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Year 3 of accounting and finance, or ACCA candidate(F3), or CAT Program
  • Knowledge of economic principles
  • High level of English proficiency, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and other regulations
  • Knowledge of Computer (Word, Excel and Computerized Accounting System is preferable)
  • Usually a minimum of 1 year experience in the accounting or tax field
  • Experience in accounting & audit firm is preferable

04 - Senior Tax Officer
Number of Position: 01
Location: Phnom Penh

Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for communicate with client and prepare document timely based on plan of Tax Manager
  • Work in team-spirit
  • Gather document which provided by client and classify transaction such as revenues voucher, expenses voucher, invoice or custom declare, inventory, bank statement and related document and has sign provided-received with client
  • Analyze nature documents based on Law on Taxation of Cambodia and bookkeeping to computerized system
  • Receive document which has been checked and corrected deliver to client for signature
  • Receive document from client back to company for submit to Tax branch
  • Payment tax amount to the bank
  • Prepare tax document, bank slip and related document for submit to Tax Branch;
  • Responsible filling document to label
  • Other tasks assigned by Tax Manager

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Bachelor degree of accounting, tax or related field
  • Knowledge of economic principles
  • High level of English proficiency + written and spoken
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
  • Knowledge of Computer (Word, Excel and Computerized Accounting System is plus)
  • Usually a minimum of 3 years experiences in the accounting or tax field
  • Experiences in accounting & amp; audit firm is plus

05 - Tax Assistant
Number of Position: 06
Location: Phnom Penh

Job Descriptions

  • Collect documents (revenue voucher, expense voucher, invoice, inventory, bank statement ...etc.) from clients and classify them by inputting in the systems (spreadsheet)
  • Review and analyze the documents base on the Cambodian Taxation Law (compliance)
  • Bring the reviewed documents to client to check and sign for approval and collect money based on the amount needed to pay
  • Fill in online/hard-copy monthly tax declaration form
  • Bring the monthly tax declaration form and money to the bank to pay
  • Bring the bank receipt and supporting documents to the Taxation Department
  • Scan/copy the documents from Tax Department for archived files and submit the original copies to the clients
  • Maintain good relationship with clients
  • Other tasks assigned by Senior Tax Officer

Qualifications and Experiences

  • At least year 3 student of accounting, tax or related field.
  • Good English (or minimum elementary level)
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations will be an additional benefit;
  • Knowledge of Computer applications (Microsoft offices and Accounting System)
  • Being honest, patient and committed
