To support company growth, we are currently seeking for a dynamic, energetic, committed and experienced candidate to join our professional team for the following positions:

• ទទួលឆ្លើយឆ្លងទូរស័ព្ទ ទាំងអតិថិជនខាងក្នុង និងខាងក្រៅ ដោយប្រើឥរិយាបទសមស្រប
• ទទួលដោះស្រាយរាល់ការតវ៉ា និងត្អូញត្អែររបស់អតិថិជនប្រកបដោយចម្លើយសមស្រប
• រៀបចំ និងកំណត់នូវសំណួរ/ចម្ងល់ផ្សេងពីអតិថិជនឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ និងផ្តល់នូវដំណោះស្រាយឲ្យបានឆាប់រហ័ស
• កត់ត្រាអំពីសំណួរ/ចម្ងល់របស់អតិថិជន ហើយរៀបចំជារបាយការណ៍ប្រចាំខែដើម្បីទុកជាឯកសារ
• បំពេញការងារផ្សេងៗតាមការចាត់តាំងរបស់ថ្នាក់គ្រប់គ្រង។

• បញ្ចប់បរិញ្ញាបត្រ័ ឬសិក្សាឆ្នាំទី៤ជំនាញគ្រប់គ្រង សណ្ឋាគារ និងទេសចរណ៍ ឬជំនាញដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ
• មានបទពិសោធន៍លើការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង និងបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច យ៉ាងតិច ១ឆ្នាំ
• មានបទពិសោធន៍ខ្លះៗក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ទូរស័ព្ទ
• មានបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហានិងការបំពេញចិត្តអតិថិជន
• មានទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ​​ រួសរាយរាក់ទាក់ ស្មោះត្រង់ មានការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់
• អាចនិយាយភាសាខ្មែរ និងភាសាអង់គ្លេសបានល្អ
• អាចធ្វើការងាជាក្រុមបាន។
