Internal Communication Intern (1 position)

BRED Bank (Cambodia) Plc is the bank for all the people and businesses of Cambodia who like to keep things simple and easy. We are looking for the qualified candidate who has experience in the banking sector to fill in the below position.

We are looking for a young, dynamic, friendly, outgoing person, who is fluent in English (writing and speaking) to join our Marcom Team reporting to the Communication Officer.
This internship can lead to a job, so we are looking for candidates in the last year of their studies.

Key Responsibilities:
The post holder will be responsible to support the Communication Officer in his daily tasks, such as newsletter writing, interviews of staffs, assisting for the quarterly magazine, branch opening events, media clipping, collect news from Bred’s departments…

Required Education & Experience:

• Communication or journalism field of study
• A first experience in a marketing/communication department or a newspaper, blog, online magazine…

Required competencies:

• Excellent oral, written and visual communication skills, including ability to communicate complex ideas to a range of audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective communication, and to generate trust and confidence among staff, at all levels including senior management
• Ability to analyse and interpret complex information and present it clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work proactively, prioritise and manage individual workload
• Knowledge of digital, use Micrsosoft tools (powerpoint, excel, word), create pdf, use Mailchimp, Wordpress knowledge is a plus.

• Location : Phnom Penh with some travel inside Cambodia
