Job Requirement:

  • Years 2-3 or BA in Accounting Major
  • Male or Female
  • Minimum 1 or 2years Experience with Site Construction Account
  • Hard working and honesty
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office, accounting software (Quick Book)
  • Good communication in English

Job Responsible:

  • Prepare monthly Expense
  • Prepare document and supporting to Accounting Manager
  • Recording transactions in accounting software system
  • Others related tasks to be assigned.


02 - Construction Purchaser   

Job Requirement:

  • Male
  • At least 2-year experience in purchasing especially construction field.
  • Having knowledge in construction
  • Good communication, friendly and welcoming person.
  • Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and good at team work.
  • Can be writing/speaking/listening English
  • Having Knowledge in supply chain procedure.

Job Responsible:

  • Purchase all construction materials including internal and external.
  • Update purchasing schedule and timeline.
  • Looking for a better solution to get all items of purchasing demand on time and fit with the requirement.
  • Visit the construction site to understand the demand of purchasing.
  • Research potential vendors.
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Review quality of purchased products.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate with stock controllers to ensure proper storage
  • Other tasks as required by management


03 - Recruitment Position: Assistant to Customer Relation Manager
Hiring: 1 person
Salary: 280$ - 350$
Schedule: Full Time Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:30pm, Sat half day
Closing Date: 1 month

  • Years 3-4 or BA in English Language
  • Minimum 1year Experience
