About The Role
Role Location: Phnom Penh
Role Type: Permanent – Full Time

As a Chargeback and Settlement Senior Officer, you are responsible for managing and monitoring Chargeback & Dispute and Settlement & Clearing by delivering high-quality operational support by ensuring accurate and timely Settlements with Cards schemes in line with customer, schemes and Pacific Operation needs and policy and also to deliver high-quality operational support by ensuring quality and timely actions.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Adhering to issuing and acquiring dispute procedures for Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Maestro/Cirrus/Visa debit cards and local Bank cards in line with Global Card Schemes & Regulations, Local Interchange Bank Agreement
  • Provide accurate analysis and recommendations for disputed cases to ANZ Cardholders, Business Partners and other stakeholders
  • Reconcile Visa, Mastercard, JCB and eGate Chargeback accounts accurately.
  • Escalate outstanding through the appropriate channels
  • Compile Monthly Reports for Business Partners
  • Additionally, your role will also need to maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including other internal service providers to ensure seamless delivery of a complete end to end reconciliation proposition

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

  • Practical knowledge of operating risk and compliance, policies and procedures, and cross border payments and domestic payments including SWIFT and Clearing House
  • Well verse with MS Office Suite application (advance excel or VBA macro), and familiarity with various applications include basis use of TLM RP, MERVA, GPP, GCP, BeamDos, and StorQM
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and decision making ability – able to make sound decisions under pressure and be flexible to work in an environment of change
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time
  • Has keen attention to details, can work under pressure to meet deadline and accuracy with the ability to prioritize work
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills
