About The Role
Role Location: Phnom Penh
Role Type: Permanent – Full Time

As Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for managing the ANZ Royal recruitment activities including posting of roles and screening candidates to support the recruitment team and adhere to the recruitment process guidelines. You will provide governance for pre-employment checking and regulated employee onboarding requirements.  You will also be responsible for system administration of the recruitment IT system from initiating the process of job position to final process of onboarding and contribute towards delivering optimal ROI through standout quality of hire and managed cost per hire and meeting service and performance targets.

Key accountabilities include:

• Assist in delivery of volume recruitment processes guaranteeing sustainable results and constant ROI improvement for the recruitment team
• Develop understanding of role requirements and develop collaborative working relationships with the recruitment team, and hiring managers as appropriate
• Manage key relationships with recruitment manager, hiring manager and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely execution of the end to end recruitment process starting from posting of jobs to the on-boarding process for candidates
• Ensure knowledge and compliance to all relevant HR service and Recruitment processes

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

• Proven experience in working in recruitment or candidate onboarding
• Experience in proactive sourcing and strong experience in using HR systems
• Strong coordination, relationship management and customer service skills
• Has keen attention to details and process orientation
