KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overall management of general soft skills training program
- Develop and keep update new general soft skills training courses based on the actual needs
- Effectively manage the quality of general soft skills courses by strictly monitor the post training evaluation with both direct manager and trainee
- Work closely with general soft skills trainers to effectively provide quality soft skills training courses
- Assist to review and update policies, procedures and process of soft skills program both LDP and general soft skills
- Coordinate and facilitate learning course to ensure the learning courses run smoothly
- Develop and deliver general soft skills courses
- Responsible for internship program from A to Z
- Effectively manage Training Plan &calendar of general soft skills courses
- Assist Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Complete all tasks assigned by Soft Skills Manager / Head, Learning & Development.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree in Banking, Management, Business Administration or related major
- At least 2 years working experience in Bank Sector
- Have ability to create other new courses
- Good communication skill
- Build relationship, self-motivation and Strong Commitment Proficiency in English, Computer and presentation skill
- Having experience in Teaching/Training is a prior.
