Technical Support Officer

1. iOS Developer (Phnom Penh)

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain high performance and reliable android applications.
  • Translate designs and application wireframes into quality code.
  • Work with product development team to analyze, design & plan on new application features.
  • Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize application efficiency and performance.
  • Any other tasks will be assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience with iOS development.
  • Experience with JSON concepts and RESTful or SOAP APIs.
  • Experience working with UI/UX design.
  • Proficient with Objective-C or Swift.
  • Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.

2. Merchant Relationship Specialist - Chinese Speaker (Phnom Penh)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee/supervise Retail outlets 
  • Recruit and oversee Retail Outlets 
  • Provide training to Retail Outlet and ensure that quality of merchant is met our standard  
  • Ensure the quality of the network for customer satisfaction. 
  • Facilitate reliable delivery of sticker to Retail out lets. 
  • Manage retail outlet to ensure those necessary customer documents are returned within the set timeline. 
  • Handle Retail outlet, and customer questions. 
  • Training and install POS terminal  
  • Gather feedback from retail outlet and customer to develop recommended solutions. 
  • Follow call card consistently according to standard working procedure   
  • Promote and position Wing marketing and merchandising materials. 
  • Ensure that merchandising materials are cleaned and up to date  
  • Monitor and report on competitive offerings in the market.  
  • Liaise with strategic partners to ensure successful partnership and customer satisfaction. 

Job Requirements:

  • University qualifications in Business Related Discipline 
  • At least 01 years sale experience in international organizations 
  • Good English skill ( Khmer language essential), Chinese is a plus 
  • Proven success in communicating effectively to all points of contact with customers, including liaison with line manager. 
  • Experience in selling to customers based in a diverse range of industries. 
  • Innovative, creative, flexible and conscientious with high-level communication skills.

3. Sales Officer (Siem Reap)

Responsibilities:

  • បើកគណនីវីងជួនអតិថិជន ដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃទៅតាមទីតាំងដែលបានបែងចែក 
  • បង្រៀនអតិថិជន ពីរបៀបប្រើប្រាស់សេវាកម្មវីង

4. Relationship Executive (Phnom Penh)

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and oversee outlets (Wing Agent) of Dealers and Retails
  • Provide training and ensure quality of each outlets
  • Work closely with outlets (Wing Agent) to meet target
  • Gather feedback from merchants and customers for solution
  • Follow call card consistently according to standard working procedure
  • Any other tasks will be assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business administration or marketing
  • At least 02 year sale experience with local or international organization
  • Good understanding of English
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with people and able to solve problem
  • Hard working, strong commitment, and willing to work on field
  • Honest, self- started, positive and can-do-attitude

5. Procurement Officer (Phnom Penh)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the whole procurement process
  • Ensure all reports is up-to-date follow timeline
  • Work directly in-charge of raw material, working capital
  • Look for cost reduction opportunity, by not compromising quality and technical specification
  • Verify the amount and cost of orders
  • Work closely with Financial Accountant team
  • Assist and support to senior officer
  • Any other tasks will assigned by line manager

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or any other related fields
  • Experience in procurement, communication or a related area.
  • Understand purchasing activity within the Company
  • English proficiency
  • Intermediate in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...)
  • Good communication to deal with internal and external people
  • Be proactive in organizational skill

  • Fixing all Wing’s POS terminal broken from over nation-wide, make sure both hardware and software are working smoothly and deliver back
  • Creating new outlet as well as configure WING’s POS terminal align with new recruitment and deliver to market
  • Recycling the Wing’s POS terminal from market, ensure that those POS terminal are ready to deploy back to market again
  • Tracking all Wing’s POS terminal devices movement, ensure that all POS terminal are well manage
  • Record all SIM card movement, ensure they are all well manage and proper reconcile with related department
  • Provide support on problem solving related to POS terminal both hardware and software
  • Support WingPay team on QR code generate and packing
  • Any other tasks will assigned by line manager

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Technical, IT, Electronic or other relevant
  • At least 1 year’ experience with POS Terminal repairing or mobile phone repairing and configuration or other electronic hardware repairing, data entry and network
  • Good communication skills, problem solving skills and time management
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively and tight to deadlines
  • Be able to work under pressure as well as team work
  • Good attitude and cultural adapting
  • Good computer literacy, Microsoft office, internet and email.

7. Wing Internship

Responsibilities:

  • Work as an internship jobs such as Call Centre, Teller, Finance Support, Operations Support, HR, Technical Support, etc.
  • Be able to work with cross departments.
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks, priorities and deadline.
  • Any other tasks will be assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in 3rd, 4th, or fresh graduated year of Finance & Banking, Management, Marketing, or any related fields.
  • Proficiency with MS. Word and Excel.
  • Good in English communication in Speaking and Writing, and other language is a plus.
  • Be Honest, reliable, flexible, fast learner, and willing to learn new things.
