  • Appraise customer financial status and provide recommendations
  • Reports to Head of Retail Credit Operations and Fulfilment

About The Role
Role Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Role Type: Permanent – Full Time

As a Fraud and Collection Manager, you are responsible for actioning accounts with fraudulent transactions and for authorising customer transactions in times when the system is not operational. You will also be involve contacting and being contacted by Mortgages, Cards, and Unsecured Lending customers with delinquent & over-limit repayment, etc., and negotiating a payment of arrears or organising payment arrangements in order to minimise loss to the bank whilst maintaining strong levels of customer service.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Develop customer strategy to optimize bank's return on its high risk account with focus on early intervention and retention of value
  • Increase overall customer profitability by managing price realization and better cost savings
  • Manage sustanstantial high risk customer relationship under the Workout Principles established by LSA and the bank.
  • Ensuring that customers are not adversely effected by fraudulent transactions on their accounts
  • Write off fraudulent transactions that cannot be charged back to the Acquiring bank
  • Diary notes on collections accounts are clear and concise, and is reflective of the action taken on the account
  • Ensure compliance of all known operating risk practices are completed

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

  • Proven experience in customer service-oriented role with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated values such as exercise sound judgment and broadens perspective
