About The Role
Role Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Role Type: Permanent – Full Time

As the Payments and Cash Operations Officer, you will provide consistent superior payment processing and operation services to the frontline and externals customers. You’ll process local remittance and other local payments such as cheque clearing, accounts payable, payments on Internet Banking and Transactive, standing order, and sweep arrangements.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Work in conjunction with the operations team to support and achieve branch payments objectives, transaction processing standards and risk management objectives by:
    • Ensuring all processing occurs on the same day as it is received
    • Customer documentation is thoroughly checked prior to acceptance and processing
    • Leveraging ANZ Royal’s worldwide network to bring global expertise to the local market
  • Process items such as inward and outward remittances input into swift messages
  • Record and action daily inward and outward telegraphic transfers
  • Complete regular reconciliation of daily outward telegraphic from branches and swift messages
  • Assist other team members in error resolution
  • Perform in-clearing functions, including reject re-entry, reconciliation and balancing duties Merva system
  • Ensure all transactions processed are compliant with all risk and sanctioned policies

About The Role
Role Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

As a Retail Channels Operations Support Officer, your role is to drive day-to-day operations and strategy of RCO Team covering Internet Banking, Settlement, Dispute & Chargeback, Scheme Profit & Charge, Process development on and MIS report management. You will be involved in RCO related project and perform some tasks as assigned from Digital Distribution Manager. You will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure quality of service is in place and even improvement to meet customers or stakeholder’s expectation.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly bill payment settlement and dispute handling
  • Control Visa, Master and UPI Card billing and reporting
  • Response to IB inquiry and issue handling
  • Perform transactions posting and validation
  • Ensure all processes are documented and fully compliant
  • Ensure continuous improvement of processes

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

  • Well understanding of Excel spreadsheet usage and formula function
  • Experiences in digital banking products
  • Strong desire to work in a team oriented
  • Have ability to prioritize task effectively and be able to perform with a tight deadline
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Strong problem solving skill

As the first point of interaction for our customers, the CSC plays a key role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. The CSC processes deposits, withdrawals and transfers over the counter accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. You must be comfortable making dozens of transactions daily, handle large amounts of cash, communicate with different types of clients and sell bank’s products/services.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Provide a responsible & accurate telling service by maintaining & applying an up to date knowledge of transaction banking policies, practices, procedures and law
  • Spot opportunities for cross selling products and services by being aware of customer needs
  • Work towards sale referral targets
  • Provide friendly responsive customer service by using excellent customer services skills
  • Ensure accurate & efficient completion of all transactions
  • Provide accurate advice & assistance to any customer enquiries or refer them promptly to Account Manager for handling
