Position: ATM & POS Support Officer (1 position at HQ and 1 position SR Branch.)

Key Responsibilities:

1.   For POS Part:  

  • Look for potential POS merchants for Relationship Manager to onboard
  • Install, configure POS terminal, and provide training to merchant upon request
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting in solution to all POS related issues
  • Be always prepared and available to be on call or onsite merchant visits when problem occurs and escalate it appropriately as needed.
  • Schedule regular merchant visits and preventative maintenance of all POS terminals
  • Monitor merchant performances to ensure strong POS business growth and report with suggestions to improve nonperforming merchants
  • Other tasks to ensure the POS terminals are working smoothly and other adhoc as assigned by manager

2.   For ATM Part:

  • Look for and conduct site visits to new ATM locations
  • Coordinate with relevant team on ATM deployment, maintenance, and related issues
  • Regular visit to all ATM locations to ensure images, sign boards and all functions are working and displayed appropriately

Required Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • OR lower degree accepted if at least 2 years' experience in similar position
  • Computer literacy  including data analysis
  • English proficiency both written and spoken
  • Financial background, analytical and project management background
