Accountant

+ Cash Collection
- Check incoming funds from Hire Purchase installments and record in relevant system accurately and punctually.
- Coordinate with financial institutions and customers to resolve un-reconciled transactions.
- Prepare and distribute receipt and tax invoice accurately and punctually.
-Gather relevant documents and receipt of all company’s incoming funds for Cash Position report.
+Cash Payment
- Prepare all domestic payment transactions (i.e., dealers, customers, government agencies)
- Record all payment transactions (i.e., goods and services, loans and expenses) in relevant system accurately.
-Prepare Outward Remittance transactions for principal repayment and interest payment to lenders.
- Prepare and distribute withholding tax certificate accurately and punctually.
- Gather relevant documents and payment evidence of all company’s outgoing funds for Cash Position report.
+Cash Management and Financial Report
- Prepare and manage daily funds appropriately and sufficiently for daily expense.
- Maintain daily cash balance and execute loans in accordance with the financial policy and guideline.
- Prepare daily & monthly cash flow report and cash flow projection report .
- Coordinate with financial institutions and SKC to secure source of funds for using in company's working capital.
- Study and apply new banking system and service to heighten the company's cash
management systems and performance.
- Perform other assignments directed by the assistant manager.

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking, ACCA.
- Good command in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening).
- Be honest, team work, and good communication skill.
- Computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, Quick Books, Internet & Email).
- Be willing to travel to province sometime
- Has good interpersonal skill
- Able to handle pressure and tight deadline
