QC-ISO Manager ($700)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Assist in the overall implementation of standardized food safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance of food safety standards.
2.Assist in establishing tools and reporting metrics for compliance of HACCP /GMP to execute completion of related documentation and its implementation and execution.
3.Manage and maintain processes flow records regarding caution situations and/or out of any requirements.
4.Ensure that item maintenance is accurate in the system and meets the required HACCP control points.
5.Develop processes manually.
6.Coordinate with related departments to ensure Food Safety/HACCP food safety risk being attended.
7.Collaborate with HACCP team to communicate any changes or policies to Operators.
8.Other task that related with QC department.
REQUIREMENT
1.Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with personnel, customers, suppliers, and other business contacts
2.Ability to proactively identify challenges and develop solutions.
3.High level of integrity and accountability.
4.High level of 5S, GMP, HACCP, and ISO.
5.Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
6.Must be comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.
7.Ability to make sound judgments.
8.Strong problem solving skills.
9.Good presentation skills.
10.Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point experience.
11.System acute and confidence to act.
12.Time management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
