Senior IT Programmer, Chief of Collection Officer, Loan Officer, Branch Accountant

Currently, our operational areas cover in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Battambang, Kampong Cham, Takhmao, Takeo, Kampong Speu, and Banteay Meanchey. 01- Position: Senior IT Programmer
Reporting to: IT Manager
Level: Deputy Manager
Location: Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibility:

• Prepare and maintain application’s system and database;
• Support Core Micro-Finance system, producing system;
• Develop new software relate to Core Micro-Finance as require;
• Problem solving and documentary;
• Read technical manuals, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate, and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support;
• Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of software;
• Manage backup and restore database to proper use;
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned;

Job-requirement

• Male/ Female;
• Age below 35 years old;
• Holding bachelor degree in IT, networking or related field;
• IT Programmer and Database administrator at least 2 years with MFI or Banking would be advantage;
• Knowledge of CBC Data Upload Experience as a plus;
• Can work at night and flexible on working time
• Good command of Khmer and English (read and write);
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;

02- Position: Chief of Collection Officer
Reporting to: Deputy Branch Manager
Level: Supervisor
Location: Phnom Penh, Kampong Speu, Kampong Cham, Battambang, Siem Reap, and Banteay Meanhey Province.

Duties and Responsibility:

• Lead and coaching collection officer regarding credit policies guideline and procedure,
• Prepare and set collection plan to new staff and improve critical skill to meet company requirement,  
• Conduct side visit for solving overdue or bad loan in Phnom Penh or provincial area;
• Assess and analyze of all loan issue and set up meeting for finding good solutions and sharing to subordinate and other line of management;
• Assist to resolve the customers issue or consult whenever they required;
• Be able to prepare report as daily, weekly and monthly for Deputy Branch Manager,
• Other duties as assigned by Deputy Branch Manager.

Job-requirement

• Male only,
• Age 22- 35 years old;
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, and other,
• At least 1 year experience as Credit Officer or Loan Recovery in MFIs or Bank;
• Good at mathematic and number control;
• Be able travel to province once mission was assigned;
• Can ride motorbike;
• Good communication, negotiation and Interpersonal skill;
• Team work and willing to work under pressure;
• Honesty, work hard and be able to use Microsoft Office.

03- Position: Loan Officer
Reporting to: Chief of Loan Officer
Level: General
Location: Phnom Penh, Kampong Cham, Battambang, Siem Reap, Kampong Speu, and Banteay Meanhey.

Duties and Responsibility:

• Promote our product and service to target customers;
• Prepare credit assessment and loan applications;
• Prepare work plan for conducting preliminary credit interview, site visit for collateral, and property valuation;
• Perform credit analysis based on credit principles, guideline, policies, and regulation,
• Assist to resolve the customers issue or consult whenever they required.
• Be able to prepare report as daily, weekly and monthly.
• Other duties as assigned by Chief Loan Officer.

• Fresh graduates or experience candidates are encourage to apply,
• Good at mathematic and number control,

04- Position: Branch Accountant
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Level: General
Location: Phnom Penh and Kampong Speu Province

Duties and Responsibility:

• Daily check and verify for loan disbursement in system,
• Daily receive and posting loan repayment into system,
• Daily check and control for branch cash expenses which follow finance policies,
• Daily check and receive cash from tellers and arrange for transfer to Bank,
• Prepares payments by verifying with documentation,
• Prepare assets registration and updating into system,
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies,
• And other task assign by Chief Accounting Officer.

Job-requirement

• Male/Female;
• Age 18 to 35 years old;
• Graduated Bachelor of Accounting  or related field;
• Experiences of accounting, audit, tax report in bank or MFI sector is a plus;
• Knowledge in accounting standards CAS/ CIFRS;
• Computer literacies (MS. Office, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc.);
• Good knowledge of English  proficiency both writing and speaking;
• Honesty, commitment, and patience;
• Dynamics, friendliness, and good interpersonal skill etc.
