Recruitment position:

01- Title: Product Sales Manager

Job Description

*Product Sales

• Preparing target/goal
• Set up business strategy, marketing program and assign staff duty to fulfill the budget/goal
• Preparing policy, procedure, and manual for account opening
• Develop products and services
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing customers
• Resolving customer problem and complaint
• Manage and supervise opening account’s staffs to make sure the smooth operation process.
• Review account opening applications and related documents ensure full compliance.
• Provide staff training on existing/updated products and services.
• Monitoring staff’s customer interactions to ensure customer focused behaviors/service standards are followed. Provide appropriate training when necessary/
• Ensure that regulatory compliancy standards are met
• Manage and control the bank important deed (Passbook, Check, Cash Card, OTP etc.)
• Principal person in charge of important deed (Passbook, Check, Cash Card, OTP etc.)
• Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly report for management
• Other related duties as assigned by management

* Fund Management

• Daily manage fund for operation
• Placement with other banks, if fund is idle and ensure that regulatory compliance fund management guideline.
• Reserve fund for loan disbursement
• Control fixed deposit of other banks
• Control maturity date of fixed deposit.

Requirement

• Master degree/Bachelor Degree in Banking and finance, Economics, Business administration
• Work Experience in banking sector at least 3 to 5 years and especially 3 years as senior lever
• Carries deep analytically thinking and interpersonal skill
• Full Knowledge of produce sale process
• Good Knowledge of finance and banking law
• Proficiency in English is a must (Fluent in speaking, writing and reading)
• Computer literacy such as Ms. Words, Excel, Power Point,…etc.
• Willing to work under pressure and as a team
• Integrity and self-motivated
• Self-started, resilient with the ability to follow through on issues and bring them to resolution in a timely and reasonable manner.
• Customer oriented person and carried sufficient leadership skill.

02- Title: Part Time Staff (30 persons)

Job Description

• Promote and do marketing for KB Liiv product to customers
• Guide customers on the usage of KB Liiv product
• Assist Liiv merchants for Liiv payment at their stores/shops
• Assist Liiv merchants on Liiv E-money transfer
• Gather comments/ issue from customer to bank’s staff

Requirement

• Strong communication skill in Khmer and other languages is a plus
• Good team work and willing to learn new things
• Friendly, honest, and enthusiastic
• Flexible, hardworking and able to work overtime
• At least 2nd year’s student at any university.

**Payment:  Weekday: 1hour = 1.6 USD
                    Weekend: 1hour = 2.6 USD

03- Title: Internship

Job Description

• To help bank operators along all departments.
• Assist in customer service to satisfy customers' need.
• To learn about bank operation.
• To conduct and process all assigned job

Requirement

• The candidate should be the outstanding student.
• Fresh graduate or 3rd, 4th year students are welcome.
• Be good command of English.
• Flexible and hard working.

The successful candidate will receive allowance, Certificate of internship and opportunity to be Kookmin Bank Cambodian staff.
