Marketing & Communication Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elaborate and follow the annual budget for communication and marketing
- Set up a cross media communication plan respecting the budget planned
- Manage the communication campaigns and ensure the unicity and consistency of the messages throughout the different communication channels - online and offline media, branches network, events, etc.
- Carry on developing the Public Relations (co-branded events, partnerships, sponsoring)
- Set up and follow events calendar and retro planning
- Conduct and analyze yearly market and competitor studies
- Propose and organize products and services promotions strategy
- Analyze results of marketing actions and follow up with sales team to adjust the communication campaigns accordingly
- Create monthly reports on results of the on-going campaigns
- Re-evaluate the components of the marketing mix with the bank’s executive team each year
REQUIREMENT
Required Education & Experience:
- Master degree in Management with a specialization in Communication and Marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in banking sector would be a plus
- Fluent in English
- Good level of French appreciated
- Good level of Khmer appreciated
