ATM Officer

• Print PIN Mailer and Card Mailer
• Send report Pin Mailer to business team
• Check ATM level log with dispute transaction that appear in the report of daily dispute transaction
• Request CCTV camera to check daily dispute transaction
• Update flag, scan, print dispute transaction and passed to ATM account department
• Received call from internal staff and support them related issue.

• Bachelor Degree of IT (Information Technology)
• At least 1 year working experience
• Willing to work under pressure.
