Job Descriptions

• Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work
• Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the work activities of an agency or institution warehouse. Determines items and quantities of stock to be purchased and maintained
• Inventory control cards or automated systems
• Inspects items as to quality and quantity against freight documents
• Resolves discrepancies in requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery reports by contacting vendors or requesters. Stocks materials according to a prescribed inventory system
• Counts and measures goods received or issued
• Establishes standards and methods for packaging and storing supplies and materials
• Maintains catalogs of available stock items
• Plans and conducts in-service training programs for employees
• Performs related work as assigned

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of standard practices, procedures, and equipment used in the receipt, storage, requisitioning, and disbursement of supplies and materials. Knowledge of training and supervising techniques and employee policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain work schedules and uphold work standards. Ability to monitor and effectiveness, ability to maintain records and prepare reports, ability to conduct training and informational sessions
• Computer Skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet (MS excel) and Work procession program
• Good Communication Skills of English (Writing-Speaking-Reading).
• Mail/Internet Correspondence communication

System Support Technician

• Provide system support related to gaming system
• Management system and operation system support
• Provide Technical Support to Operations Support
• Providing constant monitoring and maintenance on the machines and system, and troubleshooting enhancement tools available
• Accept and close service all
• Identify and resolve operational problems and make necessary repairs and adjustment to minimize downtime and prevent future problem
• Adhere Technical Standard Operating Procedure
• Install, configure and setup LAN / WAN for operation
• Technical knowledge is at intermediate level, however, technical knowledge is expected to progress through the job experience

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 years of relevant working experience.
• Working experience will be an advantage.

• Daily Routine support slot machine and repairing spear part
• Providing Technical Support to Operations Support
• Providing constant monitoring and maintenance on the machines and troubleshooting enhancement tools available
• Accept and close service all
• Identify and resolve operational problems and make necessary repairs and adjustment to minimize downtime and prevent future problem
• Learn to work independently & keep working place clean, tidy & update. Creates safety environment
• Adhere Technical Standard Operating Procedure
• Troubleshoot and repair Electronic Gaming Devices (EGD)
• Perform EGD installations sign installation, removals and maintenance
• Perform EGD preventative maintenance
• Perform Random Access Memory clears
• Perform conversions
• Perform firmware and bill validator components upgrades

Requirements:
