- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.

- Plan and design infrastructure system (road, storm water, waste water) following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.

- Compute pavement structure, hydraulic network, septic tank… following design specifications.

- Coordinate with project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.

- Coordinate with site engineer to solve all site issues.

- Provide technical advice regarding design, construction

- Other civil job tasks as assigned by civil managers

- Bachelor’s degree or other relevant skills.

- At least 3 years experiences

- Good oral and written for both Khmer and English languages

- Be flexible person 

- Hard-working, honest and reliable

- Able to work under pressure

- Age from 30 years old
