Support Engineer ( Standby at new AEON Mall)

• Supporting all clients inside building of AEON Mall II “Internet”.
• Responding and maintain network infrastructure inside building.
• Monitoring and investigating any Interconnect link inside building.
• Making report and process document to Team Leader
• Supporting LAN of AEON Mall II
• Following schedule standby declare from AEON Mall II
• Making and completing information for supporting customers
• Being flexible and high respond any task from Management. 

• Male Only
• Bachelor degree of information technology or related field is required.
• Technical knowledge and skills in setting up network and connectivity infrastructures and e-mail
• High communicate with many environment and also use English skill well (writing, listening, and speaking).
• To whom can speak Japanese is higher shortlisted.
• Hard working and strong commitment
• Loyalty, honesty, patient work, positive aptitude
• Can work well under pressure
