Funan  Micro Finance Plc. is the subsidiary company of Cambodia Post Bank Plc. with strategic shareholders from Canadia Investment Holding (CIH) and Fullerton Financial Holding (FFH), the well-known investment companies in Financial Market. Funan Micro Finance Plc. received the approval from National Bank of Cambodia as Micro-Finance Institution on August 21, 2015 offering financial solutions to Cambodian people both in town and rural area with its 51 Branches locating in provincial and district level. To respond our progress, we are looking for potential candidates to fill vacant position as below:

    Work with HIA to develop and update the Internal Audit Manual.

    To develop the internal audit program.

    Work with HIA to prepare the annual audit plan.

    Lead the implementation of the audit program and procedure.

    Monitor & Implement the audit plan.

    Review, support and update on IA working paper and procedure.

    Review final and draft audit report (Both Head Office Level & Branch Level).

    Review and update highlight audit reports for Management.

    Discussion on audit reports, critical audit matters identified, meeting with related management team for specific issues addressed.

    Coordinates works with Risk and other departments which undertake control related activities.

    Performs audit procedures to verify that controls are operating through testing and interviewing technique.

    Conducts risk assessments on new business channels and identifies controls in place to mitigate identified risks.

    Analyses and concludes on effectiveness and efficiency of control environment.

    Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.

    Work with HIA on reviewing of Internal Audit Policy Manual to ensure relevant and up to date.

    Provide training to staff and ensure that audit staff is staying up-to-date of the developments of the institution and help staff to achieve their career plan.

    Ensure constant improvement of IA performance and quality as well as efficiency.

    Support HIA in identifying talent of the team and forming up specialized staff for specific responsibility.

    Other tasks assigned by HIA.

    At least BBA in accounting or banking and  finance field, preferable ACCA;

    At least 2 years of experience in management position in area of auditing (internal or external) and majority in the micro-finance sector or financial management experience.

    A knowledge of audit practices on procedures with good at analytical skills; Good communication and Good interpersonal skills.

    Dynamic and pleasant personality with hard working.

    Be able to work effectively both individual and team.

    Fluent in both written and spoken English.

    Knowledge of computer skill (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and e-mail).

    Comply to audit code of ethics.
