Branch Manager, Sales Representative, Customer Service

1. “Branch Manager”, based in Siem Reap Province

Who will be attended our internal Branch Manager School.
Main Responsibilities:

•  Ensure the commercial and memberships’ development of the Branch by staying out in the field and promote product and service
•  Manage the branch team
•  Drive the financial management of the branch
•  Monitor saving and loan activities
•  Develop partnerships.

Skills/ Qualifications:

•  Management skills
•  Excellence sales and commercial negotiation skills
•  Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
•  5 years, experience of similar role in financial institute is preferred
•  Degree in a related discipline
•  Good level of English(both writing and speaking) is required

2. “Sales Representative”, based in Phom Penh/Siem Reap
Province
Main responsibilities:

•  Promote product and service to members and potential members
•  Actively participate in the development of commercial activities.
•  Produce loan complying to cmk policy & procedure
•  Bad debt solving
•  Collaborate with the Branch Manager in developing new partnerships

Skills/ Qualifications:

•  Good communication, sales and interpersonal skills
•  Dynamic and positive work attitude, Team work, and fast learner
•  Work experience in hospitality, banking or micro-finance is preferred
•  Good level of English(both writing and speaking) is required
•  Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office.

3. “Customer Service”, based in Siem Reap / Takeo

Main responsibilities:

•  Promote product and service to members and potential members
•  Actively participate in the development of commercial activities
•  Handle counter’s and branch’s operations
•  Conduct back office activities

Skills/ Qualifications:

•  Customer oriented, good communication, sales and interpersonal skills
•  Dynamic and positive work attitude, Team work, and fast learner
•  Degree or Diploma in a related discipline
•  Work experience in hospitality, banking or micro-finance is preferred but not required
•  Good level of English(both writing and speaking) is required
•  Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office
