WAITER / WAITRESS / BARTENDER

- Welcomes guests, makes recommendations and takes orders

- Delivers food / drinks in timely manner

- Proceeds to bill issuance and payment

- Takes part in restaurant / bar area set up and clean up

- Communicates with guests and team members for any request and complaint

- Ensures sufficient stock of needed items and products

- Promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for guests

- Actively takes part in promotion and events, special functions

- Operates a variety of equipment within bar and restaurant area

- For bartenders, prepares all drinks in the menu as per company’s recipes and standards

- Cambodian nationals only, male or female, aged at least 18 years old

- At least 1 or 2 years experience in similar position (hotel, restaurant, bar, coffee shop)

- Ability to work in shift

- Good communication skills, professional presentation and grooming

- Good understanding of hygiene standards

- Hard working and honest, willing to learn and develop

- Passion for guests service

- Advance level of English, other foreign language a plus (Korean, Chinese, French,...)

- Knowledge of restaurant and hotel etiquette, experience at international standard level
