Responsibilities & Duties

• Establishing Communication (Network, Event, Expats Meeting, Etc...) 
• Listing the Properties in Specific Location for Improve the Operation (Area, Size, Monthly Rent, Etc......) 
• Arrange and Show Property to Client with Courteously, Accurately Inquires from Potential 
• Ensure Outstanding Customer Care 
• Responds to Email and In-Person Inquiries Regarding Detail Information (Apartment, Hotel, Office Space, Client Concerns, Etc...) 
• Resolve Customer Issues, Complaints, Problems in a Quick, Efficient Manner to Maintain a High Level of Customer Satisfaction and Quality Service 
• Negotiating Contracts Sometimes Between Tenants and Landlords    
• Performs other Duties as Assigned, Requested or Deemed Necessary by the Owner 
• Manager Booking list of Guests Prepare Schedule all the Appointment for Operation
