This year, we plan to expand into Cambodia, Myanmar, and Thailand.

We seek a suitably experienced, qualified, and motivated professional to be part of the pioneer team, based in Phnom Penh, for the position of:-

SALES MANAGER - CAMBODIA

Job Description

• To manage existing dealers, system integrators, trade installers

• To establish new dealers, system integrators, trade installers

• To provide technical and product sales support

• To visit end-users to specify/introduce

• To assist distribution partners/dealers in closing sales with the end-users/customers.

  Qualifications

   

• A Degree in either Business, Electrical, Electronic, or Information Technology

• Preferably with at least 6 to 8 years of working experience with 2-3 years of sales experience in electronic security products (such as burglar alarms, CCTV, electronic devices, software solutions, electronic locks, or Internet of Things)

• Those with experience in managing distributors/dealers will have an advantage

   

  Other Requirements

   

• Independent and dependable

• Honest with high integrity

• Strong work ethics and high work rate

• Good selling and presentation skills and the ability to handle/resolve objections

• Powerful/effective closer

• Ability to construct Powerpoint presentations

• Must possess own transport (car/other equivalent)

• A native of Cambodia with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer

   

  We Offer

   

  This is a pioneer position for our company and our benefits include:-

   

• High basic salary

• Guaranteed Commission (for first 6 months)

• Attractive Commission based on performance (after the first 6 months)

  The total package will be between USD 800 – 1,500 per month for the first 6 months. Thereafter, it should be higher due to attractive commissions upon achievement of targets.

   

  We offer the successful candidate full product sales and technical training in our Head office in Kuala Lumpur for 3 weeks. The incumbent will also have the opportunity to visit selected principals in Europe/Canada/Asia subject to attaining qualifying sales targets.
